Jason Shooster is a dynamic jazz guitarist and composer known for his emotionally rich and contemporary sound. Inspired by Django Reinhardt at 14, Jason combines the energy of jazz manouche with modern influences to create a distinctive style.

Founder of Hot Club de Pai, Jason has released four albums and toured widely across Europe and Asia.

In addition to his solo work, he is a member of Mo Hippa Section, Madame Machine, the Jacob Fischer Gypsy Trio, and Kraftdyr, showcasing his versatility across genres.

His collaborations span a range of acclaimed artists, including George Tandy, Jorge Garcia, Jacob Fischer, Jesper Thilo, Geoffrey Perry, John Taney, Michael Ward-Bergeman and many others.

A Florida native now living in Copenhagen, Jason is currently pursuing a Tonemester degree at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music, where he continues to refine his craft and explore new directions in jazz, both on stage and in the studio.
